The website itself sets no analytics cookies and does not track visitors. We do not run advertising. We do not collect data from people who simply browse the site.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and arrange your stay or event — on the basis of taking steps at your request and performing our contract with you.
• To meet our accounting, tax and other legal obligations once a booking is made.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. The only data your browser sends us is the request for each page, kept briefly in our hosting provider's standard server logs for security and diagnostic purposes.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only with the small number of service providers we use to run the business:

• our website host, which serves these pages to your browser;
• our email provider, through which we send and receive correspondence;
• where applicable, a payment processor for deposits and final payments.

We may also disclose data where French or EU law requires us to.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and to follow up. Booking records are kept for the period required by French commercial and tax law (currently ten years for accounting documents). After that, your data is deleted or anonymised.

Your data is held within the European Economic Area. If any future service provider requires a transfer outside the EEA, we will ensure that an appropriate legal safeguard (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) is in place.
