Wireless internet across the estate for the hours you do need to be online. Note speeds, screens or AV, and any equipment you can provide or arrange.

Add your corporate rates and day-delegate terms. Many companies want a clear per-day or all-in figure, an invoice and a VAT receipt. Set out residential packages (per night, exclusive use) and any day-meeting option, and note your booking and payment terms for businesses.
