The longer you stay,

the better the rate.
Mirande is not a one-night stopover. Our rates reward the guests who settle in — there is a two-night minimum, and a week is where the house comes into its own. Each accommodation can be booked on its own; book all three together and you have the entire estate to yourselves.
All rates are inclusive — the taxe de séjour (tourist tax) and final cleaning are already covered. The price you see is the price you pay.

The whole estate
Book the main house, the Porche gîte and the Diane apartment together and the entire property is yours — sleeping up to eighteen across the estate in proper beds, with sofa beds for a few more, and every garden, terrace and the pool exclusively for your party. The natural choice for family gatherings, milestone celebrations and weddings.

The run of the gardens, the terraces and the pool in season, shared only with other guests of the house.

Wireless internet across the estate, with bed linen and towels provided and changed for stays of a week or more.

Ample private parking within the grounds, off the road and out of sight.

Deposits, extras & the small print
Tourist tax
The taxe de séjour set by the commune is already included in the rates above — nothing extra is added per person or per night.
Deposit
Payment is by bank transfer — we don't accept credit cards. 40% of the total is due within four weeks of the invoice; the remaining 60% on arrival. Your booking is definitive once payment is received, confirmed by email.
Cancellation
Up to 15 days before arrival: 50% refunded. Within 15 days: non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance.
Final clean
Included. There is no separate cleaning fee — it is already part of the rate.
Pets & children
We ask guests not to bring pets — the estate has dogs, cats, chickens and ducks of its own. Mirande suits older children best: the pool, pond and grounds are open and unsupervised.
Out of season
Quiet months, gentler rates
From late autumn to early spring the estate is at its most private. We offer reduced winter rates for longer stays — ideal for writers, walkers and small gatherings who want the place, and the season, to themselves.
